When I first started in the janitorial industry, I quickly realized the importance of customer service. Almost all janitorial companies follow the same cleaning procedures. What sets a good company apart from the rest is how they handle and react when a problem arises.

I have been in the janitorial industry since 1981. I held management positions for three national companies. I started AccuClean Building Maintenance (now BonnyBrite) in 1988.
In 1995 I started working for the St. Tammany Parish School Board as a supervisor in the custodial services department. I supervised the cleaning of 48 schools and administrative offices. I was also responsible for the purchasing of over 3 million dollars of cleaning supplies and equipment.
After 10 1/2 years, I took early retirement and have worked full-time with BonnyBrite since then.
